Since Philly was contracted, do I get full rights to my pick?

2015 first round draft pick to Philadelphia
Miami's 1st round pick to Philadelphia (via Cleveland) protected for selections 1-10 in 2015 and 1-10 in 2016 and unprotected in 2017 [Cleveland-Miami, 7/9/2010; Cleveland-Minnesota-Philadelphia, 8/23/2014]

I will be posting a spreadsheet before the trade threads and stuff open tomorrow. It will have all the draft pick details.

as per the RULES thread though...

18. IF you own a draft pick from a team that has been contracted you will instead receive $10mil for 1st rounders, $3mil for 2nd rounders
19. IF you owe a draft pick to a team that was contracted that pick will cease to exist (if these are protected, team will keep pick until protection is no longer met).

All waived players will cost full contracts if picked up off waivers in the 1st 24 hours (you would need the cap space). The original team will then be able to remove that salary cap hit if that happens.

IF they clear 24 hour waivers... they will become UFA and eligible for 1 year/$1mil guaranteed deals in the FA signings thread

question about RFA's On my roster page do I need to list the QO offer amount or the 250% coming off a rookie contract cap hold. The 250% would be higher in my particular case so I have gone with it, but I want to make sure I have it the way you want it done.

QO for now

Cap Holds will obviously come into play during free agency but we don't need them at the moment

Okay, since I got my question deleted in the discussion thread, is there a FA thread somewhere??
Rest in peace Mamba. There'll never be another Kobe.

your post is still there on page 4 of discussion thread. I will delete it from there shortly though now that it has been answered in the proper thread.

I do not have a list of currently unemployed NBA players posted anywhere at the moment. General guidelines are... if they were from one of the teams that was contracted, they are fair game. if they are playing for a team overseas they are off limits and if they are retired they are off limits. otherwise post it up in the 'FA Signings' thread and if there are no discrepancies there should be no issues

I am assuming that upon making a trade we do not update our roster page until after the trade has been approved--is this correct?

And if so, should we indicate in some way that we have a trade pending approval on our roster page?

In the CBA for this game, does it allow for a team to trade for a minimum salary player without sending salary back like in the RL CBA?
