Thanks for doing all this...but to add more, I think it would be good to post the teams all the free agents signed with in the first post of the second and third day threads. Or at least maybe copy and re-post the stuff from page 20 so we don't have to go back and forth between threads. Also I think the Suns have far more cap space.

Ok day one for us (sorry, computer problems and all that)

extend QO's to all F.A's (i don't think Denver has any though since everyone is secure for next season)

take up Joffrey Lauvernge's team option
take up Jakkar Sampson's team option

Offer Axel Toupane a minimum extension for 2 years (2nd year team option)

Offer Mike Miller the minimum for a year

Now for actual F.A signings

Evan Fournier - 60 million/4 years

Pitch: You would be coming back to a team that is ready to become a playoff team, we believe we are ahead of Orlando in the process to compete and you would go a long way to making us a legitimate threat out in the west. a backcourt of you and Mudiay going forward would be a legitimate threat, we believe in you and your potential to take this team to greatness.

Reasoning: i love Murray and like Gary Harris but getting an upgrade at S.G wouldn't be the worst way to spend the money

Alt to Fournier (this would be more day 2 but whatever)
Eric Gordon - 10 million/1 year - team option on the second (for 10 mill also)

Pitch: We have incredibly gifted medical staff that would help you rehabiliate and would help you get up to your high standard of play that you have become accustomed to.

Reasoning: alternative to Fournier but if he remained healthy he could be better and arguaby a better fit even.

Trade Offers:

To the Pelicans:

Jamal Murray for Buddy Hield

you get a more versatile combo guard to play with Tyreke and Holiday

Also Kenneth Faried is on the block (trying to gauge value for him)

Gallinari is only getting dealt for a wing of similarish worth (in my eyes that is somewhere around that Hayward, Butlerish range, i would add for either)

So the Knicks will elect to match Galloway's contract but if possible we're going to try and sign Lawson and Smith to their offers first(using up the rest of the cap then matching if possible?)
Our stands for the 3 year min contracts of Thomas Robinson, Cole Aldrich, Wesley Johnson, Lance Thomas, Alan Anderson, and Xavier Henry.
As well as our MLE (2 year deal with a PO on the third) offer for Moore.

Knicks announce the signing of Howard and the fans of NY rejoice. Now Phil calls in each star and uses them while giving the following pitches:
Our pitch for Lawson: Your value is at an all time low. You can come in and bet on yourself battling Rose for minutes. There's also the chance that should an injury occur, you'll then become the man at point guard. You'll have plenty of world class talent around you in Rose, Melo, Zinger, and Howard. You also have a coach that's really fond of running two point guard sets. It is also a plus playing on one of the bigger named teams in the NBA.
Our pitch for Smith: Like Lawson, your value is at an all time low, time to bet on yourself. We can't really promise you a starting spot, however, you'll be our sixth man, and D12 and Melo will both be needing less minutes as they're getting older and you'll be seeing minutes easily. You'll also be playing a big role/significant minutes on one of the most popular teams in the NBA which can only boost your stock.
Our pitch for the Vet Mins: We're going to need depth and our stars with the exception of Zinger are getting older and will need minute restrictions to stay healthy. Minutes will be easy to come by and playing on the big stage of the Garden will only boost your value. For the guards, we have a hole at shooting guard. Your competition may consist of Ty Lawson, and Et'waun Moore take that for what it's worth. For the bigs: Howard may need rest, we want him at 100%, especially going into the playoffs should we make it. Now your competition may be Josh Smith. Take that for what it's worth. Hopefully the offer is worth betting on yourself and getting a paycheck for 3 years.
Lastly, our pitch to Moore: We're looking at our lineup, we have a hole at SG. Galloway is still up for grabs, but we'll like him off the bench should he return. You will be able to compete for the starting spot with a SLU of stars which will take all the pressure off you and get you open shots. Some teams may offer more money, but hopefully our offer is more enticing. If you want a 1+1 (PO 2nd year) deal, we'll give you that too.

We will also bring in Vince Carter and Lance Stephenson to talk about the MLE (in the off chance Moore declines.) We bring in Phil, Melo, D12, and Rose, and tell them each that the SG spot is open, Vince can be another big name on this team and let his popularity sky rocket again as he has his swansong seasons competing on a playoff team with a starting role. Stephenson, on the otherhand, has something to prove to the NBA, and hopefully the Knicks can give him the chance he needs. During each interview we ask each player if they could agree in principle to a vet min (1+1) deal and inform them of the offer we have for Moore and let them know that if they accept, and he declines we'll give them the bonus.

If you'd prefer his go for it, I'm going to have to wait on 2 others to see if I can get Sullinger.

I need to see if Philly and Boston have interest in a 3 team trade.

Bondom, the pending offer still stands. jayjaysee, I'm going to pass on the deal for Frye. Thx for the offer.

Philly didn't have interest, I'll take Wright for Morrow/McGary. I'll PM sportscrazy.

Brooklyn Nets Offers:

- Nets Offer PG Rajon Rondo a 4 year 52M offer. Nets are willing to make the 4th year a player option or structure as a 1+1 offer of 2/26. this is a modified offer rolled over from day 1.

-Nets Offer Al Horford the MAX.

this is rolled over from day 1... but letting horford know we are going after bazemore as well. can slide back to natural position at PF

-The Nets offer Kent Bazemore 4 years 52M offer.

Pitch: this is the most the nets can offer bazemore if we offer horford the max. hoping to sell bazemore on taking less to team up with horford and play under atkinson. Nets are hopign to get bazemore, horford, and atkinson in a room together and sign both at once. selling them on joining brook and hopefully Rondo to form a better version of last years hawks.

Nets would like to reach out to the agent of Alan Anderson to see if he would be interested in a return to brook

nets also gauging interest in andrew nicholson

Would you at all be interested in a S&T for Galloway? We can even take back O'Quinn if you are wanting to free up more cap space.

Offer Marvin Williams 4/60 with final year being a TO ($3MM guaranteed) with a 15% Trade Kicker.
Offer Courtney Lee 2/21
MAX extension with a player option on the final year for Giannis
We rescind our offers to E'Twaun Moore and Nicolas Batum

Willing to trade Monroe and/or Henson to fit these deals.

Edit: Bucks would be willing to fully guarantee the 4th year if Marvin agrees to the deal by the end of the day and is willing to wait for the Bucks to shed the payroll necessary to fit him under the cap.
