The Celtics would like to offer the following players contracts:
Serge Ibaka - 3 years, 15 mill per
We need some defensive presence down low, and think Ibaka would be the perfect fit.
Jrue Holiday - 3 years, 15 mill per
We need a veteran guard to show Fultz what it takes to be an NBA PG.
Derek Rose - 3 years, 15 mill per
Same thing as Jrue. He would play a similar role to what IT did this season, and we have the depth to play him less minutes and keep him healthy.

Also, we only want Holiday OR Rose, not both.

Knicks offer: (in order of priority, so if we get one in each position we don't want the other)
P.G's
Derrick Rose - 3 years/24 million (8 mill per) - Player Options after year 2 - Won't be starting but could play a significant role off the bench at P.G and S.G also. It may not be as much as other franchises but making a home here may be the way to consistency, and he is still young enough to get a big money contract afterwards.
Deron Williams - 1 year/6 million - Mainly want him to play backup P.G and help the development of Elfrid Payton.
Ron Baker - 2 years/4 million (2 mill per) - we were impressed with the way he stepped up. We want a continuation of that.
S.F's:
Andre Igoudala - 1 year/8 million - Could very well start at S.G if he so wanted, if not he would still be getting nearly 30MPG and up. He would also be a leader in a locker room on a team that is looking to make itself relevant again (for the right reasons).
PJ Tucker - 1 year/6 million - Want him to come off the bench and impress with his defensive abilities.
Big Men:
Taj Gibson - 1 year/6 million - We think he can offer something different at P.F/C, we want to bring him in to help on the defensive end and play in a stable environment that is looking for wins.
Amir Johnson - 1 year/6 million - Same with Gibson, we think he can offer something at P.F and even Center.

As a result of signing Bogdan Bogdanovic and Darren Collison, the Kings have to make roster room. The Kings have waived Langston Galloway.

What about McLemore's deal? Are you going to match?

The Jazz are extremely happy to welcome Gordon Hayward back. Is Gordon willing to give us time to do our other business before he formally signs his contract so we will be able to have some extra flexibility in pursuing other players and assembling the best team possible? (Also we would like to know what length of contract Gordon chose since we offered him any option he desired.)
The Jazz would like to inform George Hill that his 'little brother' Gordon Hayward has agreed to a long-term contract with the Jazz. We know that Hayward staying was one of the main considerations for Hill staying and since we believe we have something special with this core, the
Jazz would also like to up the offer to George Hill to 4/78(with possibility of front-loading the contract close to the luxury tax so we'd have future flexibility) so we can keep him in Utah.
The Jazz would also like to bump the offer to Joe Ingles to 4/35(with the same possibility of front-loading the contract.

The Kings will not match the offer for Ben McLemore. We thank him for the four years that he spent with the team (with all the BS) and hope that he finds success in New York.

The Jazz would like to extend an offer for 1+1(TO) years minimum prove-it deal to Donatas Motiejunas. We know
that Donatas loves the way the Jazz are playing and we think he will fit well within our system and we will give him the chance to compete for minutes(especially if we trade Derrick Favors, something that's been in the works for a while).
The Jazz would also like to express interest in Deron Williams in case we are not able to strike a deal with George Hill, but not make an official offer yet(although, he can expect a ~7-8M MLE contract if we make an offer in the next couple of days)... . According to
numerous reports we've heard Deron wants to come back to Utah and set things right and finish his career with the Jazz.

Bucks are asking Mathias Lessort to remain overseas next season to continue developing his offensive game. Our intention is to bring him over to the NBA next season on a three year deal after Justin Hamilton's contract expires. If he prefers coming over now, we will offer him a two-way contract (2 years) and let him play significant minutes on our new G League team.

Milwaukee would also like to offer Jason Terry a one year vet min deal to continue his career and mentoring our young players. He was surprisingly a solid contributor for us last season but as expected was even a better leader. We hope he takes us up on this offer with the goal to have him transition into a coaching position the following year.
We would also like to up Michael Bradley's offer to 2yr/$8MM ($4MM per) with the second year being a team option. We will use part of our MLE since currently over the cap. He is another quality locker room guy who provides instant offense coming off the bench. The Bucks think he fits perfectly with our current roster.

Reposting day one offers
spearsy23 wrote:The OKC thunder offer Danillo Gallinari a 4 year deal with PO on 4th year starting at 17.5 million dollars with a 5% pay increase each season for a total of 4 years $75,427,187. We believe Gallo is the perfect fit in the cupcake sized hole left for us last year. W believe his inside/outside game meshes perfectly next to Westbrook and that his ability to create shots will make an ideal pairing with Johnson/Lavine as the first option when Russ sits.
We'd like to reach out to Andre roberson with our intent to offer a 4 year 52 million dollar contract, however we are waiting to officially offer until our cap space has been used. Dre is happy here and we love his game, our offer to Gallo does not reflect an intent to replace robes in the starting lineup, we just want to move him back to his natural sg spot where his length presents more matchup problems.

If this is the going rate, Philadelphia would like to offer Jrue a 3 year, 17 million per deal to come home. We didn't jump in immediately because we thought teams would be beating down the door for a player of Jrue's caliber. But we think his blend of defense and shooting would make him the perfect secondary ballhandler to Ben Simmons. We also hope that playing more off-ball than he has, will keep him healthier, put less stress on his legs, and lead to a longer career for him.

For teams looking to clear cap, portland is willing to take a center via our large exception. Depenfing on the player and contract, compensation may be required.

The Pelicans need to do a few deals to get the needed cap space... it´s a battle against time I guess.

Ömer Asik? You can use the stretch provision on him.
I´d give you a 2018 NOP 2nd as well.
