Multiple people is good but I'll take it.

We decided to include them. It's buried in the sign-up thread somewhere but all players that qualify for the division are available, with no exceptions.
Yikes, that makes for a pretty lopsided field. And did Mike really go third?
I was indifferent, but I think we'll be fine. The late pick people should be able to capitalize on the 2nd and 3rd rounds. It makes sense to keep the same format for all 6 division games IMO, and I don't think any of them pose enough of a problem to warrant special treatment. Getting more/less favorable picks is part of the game but you're hardly ever doomed from the start (pel will disagree with me.)

Re: Central Division Draft: Discussion
I already know I'm a longshot in the extreme to win this one.
That's fine though. I'll have fun building around prime Ray Allen just the same, even though the guy who has MJ isn't going to get much worse a second rounder than I am if I'm reading my board correctly.
I figured this would be a fun exercise with or without a level playing field.

Case and point, I just won the Pacific Division with the 15th pick, with my first two picks being Draymond Green and Klay Thompson. Who'd thunk

It will still look lopsided after 2, but I think the drop off in the 3rd might be important in this one.

I doubt giving the top 3 picks the last picks every round from here on out would make it level, but we shall see.
I could be completely wrong. Its been known to happen.

I like the Thomas pick. He is a legit top 5-10 PG of all time depending who you ask who rarely gets picked. It will be fun to see a team built around him.

I thought I might steal him later. He's one of those players who's very difficult to predict in terms of where he goes. I can remember going a lot of games when he was never picked, and have seen him go much higher than I ever expected in others.

Re: Central Division Draft: Discussion
a little worried the artist formerly known as JR is about to get skipped, might have been too slow with the trigger posting Dantley's picks.

Had a hard time choosing between George, Isiah, and Ray. I was pretty confident none were dropping in round 2.

Still think Allen is the right call. Best offensive player of the bunch by a mile and never really had a defensive minded team built around him like Reggie got.
