Team-Up Draft Signups

This was discussed in the ideas thread.

Essentially, we're looking for 16 players. We'll randomly assign each poster to another to form teams of 2, and have a total of 8 teams. One team-member will pick in odd numbered rounds and the other in even. What will make things interesting is that there will be no discussion of strategy between said teammates (at least, there shouldn't be. Can't enforce it, but hopefully people will stick to it for the fun of it).

Since each round will therefore only have 8 picks I was thinking we should keep it 1990 and onward to make it somewhat interesting and keep teams from getting too ridiculously stacked.
