1. Subject to the rules to be set out below, players from the 1976-77 season to the 2016-17 season will be available to be drafted. You can draft players that came into the league before 1976-77 but the season you choose can't be before 1977.

2. You will be required to draft a total of 8 players. Each of your players must play a minimum of 8 minutes in your rotations. The draft consists of eight rounds.

3. You will be charged a declining percentage of a player's FGAs with each subsequent round. Here are the rounds and the percentage of FGAs you will be charged.

4. Each player you select must have played at least 50% of regular season games in the season selected.

5. Your team will be allowed a combined total of 90.0 FGA corresponding with the specific seasons indicated for each player.

6. We will be doing a modified snake draft. It will go like this: ABBABABA

7. Players will get a maximum of a 2-hour window to make their selection when they are on the clock. Also, if you know ahead of time that you won't be available to make your pick on the clock then please PM your selection to another participant. NOTE: If you miss one pick and have failed to make it by the time your next pick comes around, you will be skipped immediately.

8. The clock will begin Friday, January 5th at 9 AM EST. It will be turned off between 12 midnight and 9 AM EDT.

9. Draft order will be completely randomized.

10. After you have made your draft selection, please quote and/or PM the person that goes after you so they will know that it is their turn and they are on the clock. You may not change your pick after it has been made, even if the next person in the order has not picked yet. The quoting is a courtesy. Your clock starts after the previous pick whether or not you are quoted.

11. The winner will be determined by means of Rankings and then a 4 team playoff. You must submit rankings to qualify for the playoffs.

Definitely not BPA, but he allows me the flexibility to either use his 9.8 FGA season or his 15.1 FGA season, depending on how the dominoes fall. He’s also flexible positionally.
