Four per Franchise - Draft

Draft rules:
1. Subject to the rules to be set out below, players from the 1989-1990 season and the 2016-17 season will be available to be drafted. You can draft players that came into the league before 1989 but the season you choose can't be before 1989-1990
2. You must declare the franchise you will be using when you draft the player. Throughout the draft a maximum of four players can be selected from each of the 30 active franchises. A maximum of two of these players can be players who were ever an all-star. This results in a total of (4 x 30) 120 slots. This equates to 15 teams (15 x 8) or 120 players. Note : The 2018 all-star game does not count.\
3. You will be required to draft a total of 8 players. Each of your players must play a minimum of 8 minutes in your rotations.
4. Each player you select must have played at least 50% of regular season games in the season selected.
5. Your team will be allowed a combined total of 85.0 FGA corresponding with the specific seasons indicated for each player.
6. We will be doing a modified snake draft. It will go like this: ABBABABA
7. Players will get a maximum of a 2-hour window to make their selection when they are on the clock. If you still have not chosen a player by then, you will be skipped. Also, if you know ahead of time that you won't be available to make your pick on the clock then please PM your selection to myself or another participant. NOTE: If you miss one pick and have failed to make it by the time your next pick comes around, you will be skipped.
8. The clock will be turned off between 12 midnight and 9 AM EDT. The clock starts Wed Feb 21.
9. Draft order will be completely randomized.
10. After you have made your draft selection, please quote and/or PM the person that goes after you so they will know that it is their turn and they are on the clock. You may not change your pick after it has been made, even if the next person in the order has not picked yet.
11. The winner of the draft will be determined by playoffs/rankings/hybrid (TBD).
12. PLEASE NOTE : There are two tabs to the draft file, one to list our picks as normal and another to track how many players have been taken from each franchise. Please put the player names on both tabs.
