The team is excellent defensively. Pippen and Payton are other wordly and Bogut anchors it all.

Offensive options are plentiful in Barkley, Pippen, Richmond, and Payton. The balance and quality of the starters very good. The bench, led by prime Jason Terry, is solid.

PG: 05/06 Steve Nash 13.4 MVP
SG: 99/00 Eddie Jones 15.5
SF: 16/17 Kevin Durant 16.5
PF: 11/12 Serge Ibaka 7.4
C: 94/95 Alonzo Mourning 14.3

BE: 16/17 Otto porter 10.0
BE: 12/13 Pablo Prigioni 2.8
BE: 15/16 Tristan Thompson 5.1

Total: 85.0 / 85.0

Rotation:

PG: Nash (38) Prigioni (10)
SG: Jones (38) Durant (10)
SF: Durant (28) Porter (20)
PF: Ibaka (34) Thompson (8) Porter (6)
C: Mourning (36) Thompson (12)

This offense is very high powered with tons of spacing. 3 totally elite floor spacers in Nash, Durant, and Jones will give Mourning plenty of room to operate inside. We have great defenders all around, aside from Nash, but we believe his defensive deficiencies will be masked by the elite defensive talent around him in addition to his insane production on the offensive end. We have two awesome rim protectors in Mourning and Ibaka waiting to meet anyone at the rim. Our bench is one of the stronger units in the game. Vote Snell!

Mike Conley (38) / Steve Kerr (10)
Michael Jordan (38) / Steve Kerr (10)
Toni Kukoc (36) / Steve Novak (12)
Pau Gasol (36) / Chris Andersen (12)
Marc Gasol (36) / Chris Andersen (12)

PG: Mike Conley 17 - 23.2 PER, 10 WS, 40% 3FG
SG: Michael Jordan 91 - MVP, FMVP, 31.6 PER, 20.3 WS
SF: Toni Kukoc 96 - 6MOY, 20.4 PER, 10.1 WS, 40% 3FG
PF: Pau Gasol 06 - All-Star, 22.7 PER, 12 WS, 5.4 DWS
C: Marc Gasol 13 - DPOTY, All-NBA 2nd, 19.5 PER, 11.5 WS

G: Steve Kerr 96 - NBA Champ, 15.2 PER, 8.3 WS, 52% 3FG
F: Steve Novak 14 - 11.1 PER, 1.4 WS, 43% 3FG
C: Chris Andersen 14 - NBA Champ, 18.5 PER, 6 WS

FGA: 84.9/85
MJ - 22.4
Gasol - 10.9
Conley - 14.6
Pau - 14.9
Kukoc - 9.7
Kerr - 5.9
Andersen 3.8
Novak 2.7

Strategy: MJ and Pau will be the focal points of the offense. Pau worked very well with Kobe, who is basically a worse MJ, and with this supporting cast and the chemistry between Pau and Marc, this will be a supercharged offense. Conley and Marc are elite, low USG defenders with great offensive playmaking and shooting. Small-ball will struggle vs the twin towers of Gasol.

Defense: This is Peak Pau defensively, with by far his highest DWS and 3.1 DBPM. The starting line-up is elite defensively except against small ball, but Draymond/Marion aren't in this, making Pau a strong defender at PF.

Offense: MJ surrounded by elite shooters and Pau, who is a great finisher and post player. Every player in the frontcourt is an all time great passer at their position. MJ is the Big One, and the offense is built around MJ.

PG: Terry Porter (1991: 11.7 FGA) 9th in MVP, All-star, .235 WS/48, 6.1 BPM, 17.0 pts, 8.0 reb, 3.5 ast, .632 TS%, 41.5% 3pt

SF: Paul George (2014: 17.0 FGA) 9th in MVP, 3rd team All-NBA, 1st team All-Defense, .178 WS/48, 4.7 BPM, 21.7 pts, 6.8 reb, 3.5 ast, 1.9 stl, .555 TS%, 36.4% 3pt
PF: Chris Webber (1997: 16.2 FGA) All-star, .159 WS/48, 6.6 BPM, 20.1 pts, 10.3 reb, 4.6 reb, 1.7 stl, .554 TS%, 39.7% 3pt
C: Hakeem Olajuwon (1993: 19.5 FGA) 2nd in MVP, 1st team All-NBA, Defensive Player of the Year, 1st team All-Defense, .234 WS/48, 8.4 BPM, 26.1 pts, 13.0 reb, 3.5 ast, 4.2 blk, 1.8 stl, .577 TS%

PG: Shaun Livingston (2017: 4.2 FGA) .093 WS/48, -2.0 BPM, 5.1 pts, 2.0 reb, 1.8 ast, 0.5 stl (10.4 pts, 4.0 reb, 3.7 ast, 1.0 stl per 36), .568 TS%
SF: Richard Jefferson (2016: 4.2 FGA) .099 WS/48, 0.8 BPM, 5.5 pts, 1.7 reb, 0.8 ast, 0.4 stl (11.1 pts, 3.5 reb, 1.6 ast, 0.9 stl), .585 TS%, 38.2% 3pt
C: Joel Anthony (2013: 1.1 FGA) .100 WS/48, -0.3 BPM, 1.4 pts, 1.9 reb, 0.7 blk (5.5 pts, 7.3 reb, 2.7 blk per 36), .542 TS%

Total FGA: 80.7 / 85

Terry Porter (38) / Shaun Livingston (10)
Khris Middleton (38) / Shaun Livingston (10)
Paul George (28) / Richard Jefferson (20)
Chris Webber (38) / Paul George (10)
Hakeem Olajuwon (38) / Joel Anthony (10)

Like the Rockets champions around Hakeem our team is built around inside out basketball. Porter (41.5% 3pt), Middleton (40.7% 3pt), George (36.4% 3pt), Webber (39.7% 3pt) are all 3pt shooters, along with Jefferson (38.2% 3pt) off the bench. This shooting will make it difficult to double Hakeem's elite post game inside without him kicking it out to them. For secondary creation we're using the 2014 22ppg version of George, Porter is a playmaker and Webber is also a 20 pt scorer and playmaker. Defensively we have a DPOY anchor in Hakeem along with elite length in Middleton and George on the perimeter. Livingston and Anthony are solid defenders off the bench. Our bench has steady veterans who played on champions in Livingston, Jefferson and Anthony.

Total: 85.0/85.0

Writeup
Our team is built around the best inside-outside combo in this draft. Wade's relentless slashing and the interior dominance of peak Ewing will be a two-pronged attack few teams can handle. Billups is the perfect #3 guy and a great fit alongside both Wade and Ewing with his strong outside shooting and ability to excel both on and off the ball. Millsap is another fine supplementary scorer who provides moderate spacing for a PF and decent secondary playmaking. Posey rounds out the starting five as the prototypical 3-and-D wing, with Beverley and Thabo fulfilling similar functions off the bench, while Mahorn knocks heads in the paint.

This defense is going to be seriously stingy with an excellent anchor in Ewing backup up by the versatile Millsap and several excellent perimeter defenders in Posey, Wade, Beverley, and Thabo. Billups is solid at the point of attack. Even in the unlikely event that our four stars are all slowed down, our ability to lock teams down will keep us in games and we have the ultimate closer in Wade to settle matters down the stretch.

Steph Curry 15-16 20.2 FGA
Ray Allen 00-01 16.1 FGA
Giannis Antetokounpo 16-17 15.7 FGA
PJ Brown 02-03 7.7 FGA
Tyson Chandler 11-12 5.7 FGA

Tayshaun Prince 04-05 8.8 FGA
Nic Batum 08-09 4.6 FGA
Ian Mahinmi 11-12 1.8 FGA

Total: 84 FGA

Rotation:

Steph Curry 39/Giannis 9
Ray Allen 39/Batum 9
Tayshaun 36/Giannis 12
Giannis 17/Brown 31
Chandler 38/Mahinmi 10

This is a star powered team that revolves around the best perimeter assembled in this game. Ray Allen and Steph Curry are an unstoppable guard tandem flanked by great defenders with solid length in Tayshaun Prince and Giannis. Giannis provides an unstoppable offensive complement to my backcourt as well, providing great scoring and an amazing secondary playmaker.

My front court defense also brings it where it counts. We can match up to great opposing front courts or simply play around them with Giannis at power forward, and we'll do both at times.
