Draft rules:

1. Subject to the rules to be set out below, players from the 1999-2000 season to the 2017-18 season will be available to be drafted. You can draft players that came into the league before 1999 but the season you choose can't be before 1999-2000.

2. Your players must combine for a maximum of 250 regular season win (Their team's win totals, regardless of how many of those wins they played in.) There is no FGA limit. Seasons in lockout years are extrapolated to 82 games.

3. Rookie and sophomore seasons are ineligible.

4. You will be required to draft a total of 8 players. Each of your players must play a minimum of 8 minutes in your rotations.

5. Each player you select must have played at least 80% of regular season games in the season selected (equivalent to 66 out of 82 games). If he played for multiple teams in a season, he must be over 80% of games played for one of those teams.

6. We will be doing a modified snake draft. It will go like this: ABBABABA

8. Players will get a maximum of a 2-hour window to make their selection when they are on the clock. If you still have not chosen a player by then, you will be skipped. Also, if you know ahead of time that you won't be available to make your pick on the clock then please PM your selection to myself or another participant. NOTE: If you miss one pick and have failed to make it by the time your next pick comes around, you will be skipped.

9. The clock will be turned off between 12 midnight and 9 AM EDT. The clock will begin at 9 PM ET, Saturday.

10. Draft order will be completely randomized.

11. After you have made your draft selection, please quote and/or PM the person that goes after you so they will know that it is their turn and they are on the clock. You may not change your pick after it has been made, even if the next person in the order has not picked yet.

12. The winner of the draft will be determined by a rankings followed by a four-team playoff tournament.

Team Roster Page Rules:

1. You will be responsible for creating a roster page for your fantasy team. Here are the things that you will be required to include on your roster page:

. Players
. Rotations
. Draft selections
. The most important of all, you must show the total FGA per player on your roster AND a total sum of each players FGA to display that it is under the required 85.0 FGA

-All of the above must be completed before playoffs begin.

There are a few cheaper options but I think I have to go with BPA here. Lebron James

The value here is kinda ridiculous compared to the other top players in this era.

Kevin Garnett

This was a lot harder than I imagined. In the end, this is probably the third best value.

I was not ready for this ...
I select Dwayne Wade.
He is a great 2way player, so hopefully I can snag a dominant beast next round and build a solid squad.

I will go with Chris Paul. 18.3 WS, 11.2 BPM, 30.0 PER, with only 49 wins for the Hornets. Now have two elite two way players, and not breaking the bank. Thanks.

All the big guns I was thinking about were taken, so I will go with a excellent two way PF for 28 Ws. Elton Brand
