Also, just a reminder but you can select WAIT as an option for the FAs. I was surprised that you thought all the players would take the deals that were presented to them.

OK I had a look at your moves, assuming they are all listed in your West Roster post. In the link below, I have renounced everyone (Parker, Anderson assuming you are not matching, Bertrans, Paul, etc.) and deferred Milutinovic. I also exercised all 3 POs and then I did the first leg of the Mills trade (for Bayless) to see if you have enough cap room for Lamb.

As you can see, you are $400k short so you need to trade or stretch someone (White or Lauvergne). Then you can sign Lamb with cap space and you are a few dollars under the cap. In this case you can sign Parker with the Room MLE.
But you need to renounce EVERYONE first and wait for the Kyle Anderson offer sheet to be signed before you can execute the Lamb deal / offer Parker the Room MLE.
