Current Tier - Tier 4: This is for those that swung and missed on Tier 3 and still have the cap to sign free agents. In this round, you should have spent the amount of cap space you plan on spending for the off-season.

Next and Final Tier - Tier 5 (Finishing Touches / Finalizing Rosters): This is where you will make the final changes to your roster, sign some minimum contract guys, etc.

Then we can bring it to the main T&T board as the summary. Keep in mind, don't necessarily get bored with these last stages and get unrealistic just to keep yourself engaged.

Trail Blazers stretch Meyers Leonard
Thunder stretch Terrance Ross

Were any other notable free agents waived/stretched in your divisions?

Dwight Howard is the only one I can think of.

Rockets and Mavericks still waiting for the final decision of Will Barton (votes 3:3)

Because of the cap-situation, the Mavs offer Barton 1yr/$5.6M.

If Barton goes to Houston, the Mavs offer Dwight Howard 1yr/$5.6M and Terrence Ross their room MLE.

Mavs accepted Yogi Ferrell‘s qualifying offer

---------------------------------------------------------------

The Rockets offer Corey Brewer a 1yr / vet-min (non-guaranteed) contract.

With the fact that Will Barton still undecided between Dallas and Houston and with another offer from Atlanta, the Rockets would like to arrange another meeting with Barton - together with Darryl Morey, Chris Paul and LeBron James.

Barton´s the missing piece for their championship dream. The Rockets would up their offer and put 2yr/tax MLE with the 2nd yr on PO on the table.

We can´t offer the same money like the Hawks, but the championship won´t be decided in Atlanta - it´s all about the Rockets next year!

Denver Nuggets offer Michael Beasley 2 year, $3,417,350 contract (just barely more than the vet minimum using what is left of the MLE after signing Isaiah Thomas) with PO on Year2

Minnesota Timberwolves offer Brook Lopez 2 year, $10,988,000 with a player option on the second year using MLE
ONLY IF Lopez declines, the Timberwolves offer veteran minimum to JaVale McGee

Utah Jazz offer Jamal Crawford veteran minimum

Utah Jazz offer Channing Frye veteran minimum

Utah Jazz offer Shabazz Muhammad veteran minimum

Can we just fix our rosters and the offers?

I take away that Dallas-offer for Barton, so the Rockets (3:3 from the tier 2 voting) would get the nod. Dallas would then take on Howard and Ross.

Afterwards the Southwest Division is fixed and ready for graduation on the t&t board.

I’m so sorry guys. Crap hit the fan this week and RealGM has been terrible on my phone. If my picks aren’t in in 45 minutes, assume no offers.

Sacramento Kings:
With the signings of Hezonja and Harrell, the Kings waive the non guaranteed contract of Nigel Hayes. They also waive Iman Shumpert. The team is done with moves unless a final trade comes up.

Los Angeles Lakers:
The team has focused its efforts on a different FA.
Lakers offer Will Barton a 1-year $12million deal. This allows him to enter FA next season where more teams have cash.
Lakers offer Brook Lopez a 1-year $6million deal.
Lakers offer Yogi Ferrell a 1-year $3million deal.

Suns, Warriors and Clippers to come
