Strong Bench Draft Thread

Draft rules:
1. Subject to the rules to be set out below, players from the 1989-90 season to the 2017-18 season will be available to be drafted. You can draft players that came into the league before 1989 but the season you choose can't be before 1989-90.
2a. FGA Restrictions: The starting lineup will be restricted to 65 FGA - An average of 13 per player, and more accurately reflecting a balanced starting lineup. THERE WILL BE NO FGA RESTRICTION ON BENCH PLAYERS.
2b. MVP/Awards Restrictions: Each team will be restricted to one MVP/DPOTY winner and one All-NBA 1st player in the starting lineup. The benches have no restrictions.
3. Minute Restrictions: Each member of your starting lineup must play at least 36 minutes. Bench players may play at most 17 minutes.
4. Each player you select must have played at least 50% of regular season games in the season selected.
5. We will be using an ABBABABA format.
6. Players will get a maximum of a ONE HOUR window to make their selection when they are on the clock. If you still have not chosen a player by then, you will be skipped. Also, if you know ahead of time that you won't be available to make your pick on the clock then please PM your selection to myself or another participant. NOTE: If you miss one pick and have failed to make it by the time your next pick comes around, you will be skipped.
7. The clock will be turned off between 12 midnight and 9 AM EDT.
8. Draft order will be completely randomized.
9. After you have made your draft selection, please quote and/or PM the person that goes after you so they will know that it is their turn and they are on the clock. You may not change your pick after it has been made, even if the next person in the order has not picked yet.
10. The rankings/playoff format is hybrid.
Clock starts Monday, July 16th, 12:00 PM EST. Please note rule 6.
