This is to waive players, sign players, etc.

All signings "this year" will be the minimum - $1,000,000

Waived players will count against your cap unless you they are not guaranteed.

I don't know if we are enforcing roster limits yet, but just to be safe, Indiana will waive Edmond Sumner so that we only have 16 players on our roster after trade #40. Sumner's contract is non-guaranteed next season so we only take the cap hit for this season.

Indiana will waive Khem Birch and Alize Johnson. Johnson is UNG next season, so we only take the cap hit for this season. Birch is RFA.

Indiana will sign Isaiah Canaan, Ramon Sessions, and Ben McLemore to vet mins.

PHL waives Haywood Highsmith
PHL converts Shake Milton to a 1-year minimum ($1M) contract to be the 16th player on the roster. I assume that's the way it works? Let me know if I made a mistake.
