You have one of the best offensive players ever. I'm sure you're fine.

The Pippen pick was really good and put a wrench into a lot of things.

It is moreso about who I will be able to get this round. Compared to your duo. And then you pick way before me in the third too

Two all-time great centers left who peaked similar to Dirk and fit Curry great. You know LA Bird and Fade aren't doubling up.

Here I was thinking Goober was gonna take Walton right before me seeing as there is a stretch of guys who took Cs in R1. But alas, Bird throws a curve ball

Sorry--Walton was the perfect fit with Curry.

I almost took him instead of Dirk and I think he is a better fit next to Kobe but I'm unsure how he is viewed here as his box score undersells his impact.

I don't know how Walton went undrafted twice by 4 teams when he is the BPA and costs less FGA than everyone except 08 Garnett. But since nobody else wants to pick him,

I think the best duo defensively is Walton/Kareem and it isn't particularly close. This pool does not have many stretch 4's or 4's who are true game changers outside of the paint. Having arguably the two best defensive centers in the pool in Kareem/Walton is going to be a nightmare.

I don't think the eligible versions of Kareem have a case for being the best defensive C in this pool.

Peak Walton does, but I would assume Bird is using 1986 SMOY Walton here.

You may be right about Kareem but he was still brilliant defensively in 1980.

Why would Bird ever use 6MOY when he can use a top 15-peak when just about every other team has just 1 top peak? That would be Bird punting this.
