Not a bad two way center. I think you did pretty well considering the crap that's been given out.

Anyone got a list for Parsnips? He’s on a different time zone from us right?

Not thrilled about taking a PG here when there are 9 drafters and the position is deep. Didnt see the top end talent at wing that was worthwhile at this moment and hoping something ends up dropping to me next round.

Sorta get it.

Take a moment to appreciate the fact that my first 2 picks were traded for each other.

That doesn’t happen often. Kawhi is a perfect fit for this premise in general- I needed a clutch all round guy who didn’t break the bank. I thought he and another guy I passed on might have gone higher. Passed on a lot of big guys.

Snake is set up beautifully, some elite bigs on the board, he's guaranteed to get somebody good at least

His offensive portability is pretty bad though which I think matters more for a guard. And he's a terrible defender to boot.

You don't even get the benefit of the improved playmaking he's shown in the last few years.

Up for your first real pick boss

Up Fade.

Don’t usually go for Stockton, but he’s so high impact at such a low price that I had to grab him.

Now I have DD flanked by 2 guys who can shoot, defend, and create. And I didn’t break the bank to do it. Which seemed necessary.

You're right, got my wires crossed since I remember Fade picking right before me in round 1.

But that was a whole other thing.

No reason to break the bank on a center. You and I are screwed in that the Centers in this pool with 9 players are loaded, more than any other position, and unfortunately can't use them.

Generally speaking I think the teams that got saddled with wings are going to be better off because those are the positions with relatively few super-FGA economical options.
