Here is a quick list of what you need in your writeup.

1. Specific years for each player on your team
2. Rotations and minutes for each player
3. Reasoning as to why your team will win and/or why people should vote for you.

Do not vote in this thread until both managers have submitted their writeups. Please ensure you give a rationale for your vote; votes with no explanation will not be counted.

If writeups aren't posted within 24 hours, we will vote solely based on the players they have drafted (and any rotations they have posted on their roster page).

**First to 3 votes advances.**

87.6/88

vs

Holiday(38) / Dumars(10)
Dumars(28) / McKie(20)
Middleton(38) / Outlaw(10)
Horace(38) / BWallace(10)
Embiid(38) / BWallace(10)

Matchup:
- Defensive assignments straight up. We've got some nice answers with Kawhi guarding Middleotn who is probably his best offensive tool after Embiid, and Malone in a 1st team All D year guarding Embiid, while Horford can also help.
- I feel like our offensive production is much more versatile. The Penny-Kawhi-Moses trio provides a very good offensive foundation with great fitting pieces around them, and Hawks Horford as an over qualified 4th option. On the other side, Embiid-Middleton as a leading two doesn't have the same offensive potential, and we have the right tools to slow them down. Holiday is a consistent playoff under-performer on the offensive side (48% TS in the given playoffs), and old Dumars + Horace are solid but non of them are close to Penny/Moses level as a third option. It's quite crazy, but we actually might have the 3 best players of the series.
- We also have the better bench to me, as his best bench piece Ben Wallace doesn't really fit alongside Embiid but still shares the court with him for 10 minutes, and Bo Outlaw needs to play at SF and share the court with two of Horace/Ben/Embiid. Overall, he has nice defensive pieces off the bench, but not really much offensive production. On the other hand, Porter/Majerle/Gortat were all key contributors in very good teams in the chosen years, and complement our lineup better.

87.8

Holiday(38) / Dumars(10)
Dumars(28) / McKie(20)
Middleton(38) / Outlaw(10)
Horace(38) / BWallace(10)
Embiid(38) / BWallace(10)

Matchups:
Holiday v Penny, Dumars v Green, Middleton v Kawhi, Horace v Horford, Embiid v Moses.

The only playmaker and passer durantbird has is Penny and he was no big distributor, good but not among the best in his era even. Holiday, as the second distributor on his team, after Giannis, is just one assist behind him. Dumars and Middleton pass well and Embiid isn't the black hole Moses can be. Penny is not a good shooter at all and Holiday is not only much better at higher volume, he is considerably much better defensively which means their offense is stunted much, while mine isn't. Kawhi being the playmaker isn't what he does well and takes away from them. Dumars is an elite shooter with great defense and can switch onto Penny at times. Green is 3 and D type and does little in this later stage of his career. Middleton in his best season is a good matchup against Kawhi. Horace plays much bigger than Horford, rebounding much better and shooting the midrange also. Embiid is a much better shooter than Moses and this factors big here. Durantbird has little rim protection and Holiday will score at the basket.

My bench is much better. I have dpoy and Allnbaer big Ben causing havoc. They'll be shooting way too much because there's nothing inside. Outlaw is similar to Wallace, alot of energy and defense. McKie is better than both old Porter and old Majerle, who did little in so much court time. Gortat is a non factor.

Embiid is the best player here and Holiday is better than Penny as I outlined above. I have much better defense inside and outside, have much better rebounding overall and a more balanced offense with similar shooting.

I have Horford/Moses and Grant/Embiid as close but then much prefer Penny/Green/Kawhi to Jrue/Dumars/Middleton with neither bench swaying me one way or another.

Pretty much agree with Colbinii. This looks like being a defensive war, and I have a lot more confidence in durantbird's core of Kawhi, Moses, and Penny to scratch out baskets than Embiid, Middleton, and Jrue.

Pretty clear talent advantage for durantbird here with his big 3 and migya's bench spacing is rough. The lack of prime Dumars also hurts. Vote durantbird.
