Here is a quick list of what you need in your writeup.

1. Specific years for each player on your team
2. Rotations and minutes for each player
3. Reasoning as to why your team will win and/or why people should vote for you.

Do not vote in this thread until both managers have submitted their writeups. Please ensure you give a rationale for your vote; votes with no explanation will not be counted.

If writeups aren't posted within 24 hours, we will vote solely based on the players they have drafted (and any rotations they have posted on their roster page).

**First to 3 votes advances.**

Roster
2017 Steph: 18.3
2005 Manu: 10.5
2016 Dray: 10.1
2014 Noah: 10
2009 Odom: 9
2005 Jason Terry: 9.3
2023 MPJ.: 13.2
2002 Rick Fox: 7.4

Rotation
Curry (38) Terry (10)
Manu (38) Terry (10)
MPJ (38) Fox (10)
Dray (38) Odom (10)
Noah (38) Odom (10)

Reasons why I think I'll win

1. He has no reliable 3 point shooters in his starting lineup outside of Nash

2. I don't think Nash & Kobe are a good fit in the backcourt, they're both guys who like to have the ball in their hands, and I feel like Nash loses a lot of his impact if he's just spotting up while Kobe has the ball

3. Not great offense out of his frontcourt. Past prime Dwight & Jamison are not guys who can really create their own shot, virtually the entire offense will have to be orchestrated by the guards.

4. Miami Allen is decent, but there's just no scoring from his bench, Odom & Terry blow away anybody he's bringing off the bench.

5. I feel like my team has a good mix of everything; shooting, playmaking, defense, and I feel like it'd be a more cohesive unit than his.

Should be a decent one. I think I match up pretty well here. Stan has probably even less scoring up front than me so thought that’s an odd argument. Iggy should do well on MPJ and Kobe can gaurd manu. Steph will get his with Nash mainly on him but so should Nash with steph on him.
Howard was an all star and all nba player and Jamison was 6moy so hardly past prime

I prefer Nash Kobe Howard to Steph Manu Draymond, though the former didn't have real life synergy but they joined forces at non prime versions. Also other pieces are better for Jon, especially with regards to wing defense, even though the Nash on Curry decision is kinda hurtful.

Pretty much agree with DB. I think Curry/Manu/Draymond does have better chemistry, however I just don't see enough scoring for Stan here. Defense is an issue too, none of his starting perimeter group are particularly known for their defense, and when you're up against Nash and Kobe that's a problem.

I'll go the other way, as I see Steph/Manu/MPJ/Terry operating off the playmaking of Noah/Dray/Odom as more than enough scoring. Defensively, Nash guarding Steph is more problematic to me than vice versa. Manu is a good defender, even though it's not ideal to have him expending all that energy on Kobe - I would give Fox more minutes at the expense of MPJ for defensive purposes. My other issue for Jon is I don't like Jamison as a starter, he's a weak defender and I don't think his offensive game scales particularly well at this level. Add in this being Dwight in his phase of not embracing roll man duties, and it doesn't quite click for me like it does with Stan.

I think Stan comes out as a winner here because (maybe a theme for me) - we have already seen Kobe, Dwight and Nash before. It's not a very complimentary mix of high impact players otherwise. Vote Stan

Not in love with either team but I think Terry/Odom/Fox is a great bench and I prefer the fit with Curry playing with two elite passing bigs. Vote Stan.
