Offense
We run a 5-out motion offense. All 5 starters are volume 3pt shooters. All starters can put the ball on the floor and create their own shot. All of them can thrive off the ball. All but Mitch Richmond are reliable facilitators. White and Horford are low-usage, team-first players. Perfect glue guys alongside 3 high-scoring (s)wings.

Defense
We have the option to switch pretty much everything. All starters are between 6'4'' and 6'9''. Oversized guards and undersized bigs are the perfect mix for a switch-heavy scheme. That said, Horford is a super versatile big who can be effective in pretty much every defensive scheme: switch, drop, hedge, blitz, ice, you name it. We have the versatility to adjust our scheme depending on matchups.
