Here is a quick list of what you need in your writeup.

1. Specific years for each player on your team
2. Rotations and minutes for each player
3. Reasoning as to why your team will win and/or why people should vote for you.

Do not vote in this thread until both managers have submitted their writeups. Once the writeups are posted, I will add a poll, and the team with the most votes after 24 hours will advance. EACH MANAGER SHOULD ALSO VOTE FOR THEIR OWN TEAM IN THE POLL - IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS, YOU ARE SIMPLY GIVING AWAY A VOTE. If the votes are tied, we will decide the matchup via AI vote.

You are not required to state or explain your vote, but you are free to comment in the thread if you want to.

If writeups aren't posted within 24 hours, we will vote solely based on the players they have drafted (and any rotations they have posted on their roster page).

We will lean heavily into our defensive identity, slowing the tempo and emphasizing physical, half court basketball. Offensively, we would run constant PnR with SGA and Anthony Davis, targeting Jokic, Luka and Amare to exploit their defensive limitations. Draymond would serve as the offensive connector, initiating actions from the top with split cuts, off-ball screens, and short roll reads to keep shooters like Raja Bell and Brent Barry active. Camby and AD should anchor an elite backcourt defense, funneling drives into shot blocking zones, while Bell and GPII apply ball pressure on Luka and Kidd to disrupt initiation. Hayward and Brent Barry would space the floor and keep the ball moving, punishing any help defense with cuts and spot up threes. Our focus would be on grinding out possessions, forcing turnovers, and turning defense into transition buckets.

Defense:
All NBA 1 and D Kidd on SGA. Luka will hide on Bell who’s a corner shooter here. Danny G on Hayward. AK on AD. Jokic on Green. Plan to put our best defenders on AD and SGA and go from there.

Offense:
Pick your poison. Kidd P&R roll with Jokic or Amare, Luka P&R with Jokic or Amare. At any point we can reset on either side of the court. Danny Green and Alex Caruso will get wide open shots. Amare always attacks the rim. This offense could literally be unstoppable.

Not sure how he stops Luka.

Amare off the bench is nasty.
