Here is a quick list of what you need in your writeup.
1. Specific years for each player on your team
2. Rotations and minutes for each player
3. Reasoning as to why your team will win and/or why people should vote for you.
Do not vote in this thread until both managers have submitted their writeups. Once the writeups are posted, I will add a poll, and the team with the most votes after 24 hours will advance.
EACH MANAGER SHOULD ALSO VOTE FOR THEIR OWN TEAM IN THE POLL - IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS, YOU ARE SIMPLY GIVING AWAY A VOTE. If the votes are tied, we will decide the matchup via AI vote.
You are not required to state or explain your vote, but you are free to comment in the thread if you want to.
If writeups aren't posted within 24 hours, we will vote solely based on the players they have drafted (and any rotations they have posted on their roster page).

Defensive matchups: Billups on Kidd, Tmac on George, O'Neale on Butler, Malone on McAdoo, Gobert on Horford
We have dynamic combination of Tmac, Malone and Billups, while his team having Mavs Kidd could leave him a bit short on elite penetration on the perimeter, while George/Butler offensive games could overlap, it would work compared to normal teams in a Brown/Tatum way, but in more stacked games that's less impressive. Malone will outwork and beat up McAdoo. Love is the best bench player and Livingston and Miller are solid, while Roberson will give us 4 on 5 minutes on offense.

Paul George 13-14 17.0 FGA
Jimmy Butler 22-23 13.9 FGA
Al Horford 17-18 10.5 FGA
Jason Kidd 09-10 8.4 FGA
Bob McAdoo 73-74 19.0 FGA
Brent Barry 01-02 9.8 FGA
Tyson Chandler 10-11 5.5 FGA
Andre Roberson 15-16 3.9 FGA
Kidd (34)/Barry (14)
Butler (26)/Roberson (8)/Barry (6)
George (37)/Barry (11)
McAdoo (37)/Butler (11)
Horford (30)/Chandler (18)
I do really love the mix of talent that I've put together here- I think it's an elite team in this game on both ends of the floor, and I actually think this matchup does a really good job showcasing how immune to matchups my team is.
Al Horford is big and defensively skilled enough to be a rock solid cover for Malone, and McAdoo can switch onto Rudy Gobert. On the perimeter, the weakness of Royce O'Neale means TMAC and Chauncey will face frequent double teams, and all three of my perimeter players are All-NBA level defenders in the chosen year.
Offensively, I simply have a variety of tools. Kidd and Butler are both effective pick and roll ball handlers and McAdoo and Horford are effective in the pick and pop/pick and roll schemes here. While TMAC/Malone/Billups are a great core trio, but he has them starting alongside relatively weak scoring players in Gobert and O'Neal. By contrast, everyone in my starting lineup brings something major to the offense.
He makes up for this with Kevin Love, but I just don't think he's getting enough mileage out of KLove as a 6th man given most of his time is at center where he is a major defensive liability. I'd actually argue that Brent Barry (who was a ridiculously efficient 14/4/4 in the chosen year) complements my unit better and is the better 6th man here.
Vote Snake!

I really need to stop drafting McAdoo.
Not necessarily shocked by the outcome. I am fairly surprised by how lopsided it is though.

I also thought Snake's team was scarier matchup than these votes.
