The concept is pretty simple: 10 teams and 10 seasons (96-present) are randomly selected for draft #1. For draft #2, repeat by randomizing 10 of the remaining teams/seasons. Then the last 10 teams/seasons for draft #3.

However, instead of running playoffs after each draft, we wait until all 3 are complete. 16 of the 30 teams are selected for a playoff bracket based on rankings. Yes, this means participants can have anywhere from 0-3 teams qualify for the final bracket.

Randomly selected teams for Draft 1: CLE, IND, LAC, MIA, MIL, MIN, PHI, POR, SAC, WAS
Randomly selected seasons for Draft 1: 97, 98, 05, 07, 14, 16, 17, 20, 22, 25

Few notes:
1. I think this should probably be capped, maybe at 8, the talent pool isn't huge from a quick research
2. I don't know if the first draw is a good representation of the next two in terms of talent depth
3. Don't know what I think about not deciding the first round yet, and kind of committing on the idea for three rounds
4. Shouldn't the sign up be the same for all three drafts?

We should've probably worked the idea out firstly in the ideas thread

1- I have no problem capping at 8 teams, sounds reasonable
2- I don't expect the drafts to have equal talent pools but they should wind up in the same ballpark at least. Either way I don't really consider talent gaps a problem
3/4- Lumping these together because the answer is intertwined. I don't think people need to commit to more than 1, though they are of course welcome to play all 3. As long as we keep the number of drafters consistent we have some flexibility there
