Here is a quick list of what you need in your writeup.
1. Specific years for each player on your team
2. Rotations and minutes for each player
3. Reasoning as to why your team will win and/or why people should vote for you.
Do not vote in this thread until both managers have submitted their writeups. Once the writeups are posted, I will add a poll, and the team with the most votes after 24 hours will advance.
EACH MANAGER SHOULD ALSO VOTE FOR THEIR OWN TEAM IN THE POLL - IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS, YOU ARE SIMPLY GIVING AWAY A VOTE. If the votes are tied, we will decide the matchup via AI vote.
You are not required to state or explain your vote, but you are free to comment in the thread if you want to.
If writeups aren't posted within 24 hours, we will vote solely based on the players they have drafted (and any rotations they have posted on their roster page).

John Stockton 97' - 9.3
James Harden 18' - 20.1
Andrei Kirilenko 04' - 11.9
Charles Barkley 90' - 14.9
Marc Gasol 13' - 10.9
George Hill 20' - 6.4
Rick Fox 02' - 7.4
Antonio Davis 99' - 7.1
88/88
Stockton 35\Hill 13
Harden 38\Hill 10
Kirilenko 32\Fox 16
Barkley 38\Davis 10
Gasol 38\ Davis 10
I really like my star power here
Harden&Barkley are very efficient scoring duo, both MVP level players who fits well together, with Stockton as their ideal 3rd star.
Kirilenko and Gasol compliments my starting 5 perfectly to add some size and shooting across the court.
With 2 sub-par defenders in Nash and Durant, my all-around offense is just what it takes.
On defense I can take advantage of the limitations in LR offense.
Stockton is covering Nash any day of the week, all time steals leader and a great, smart perimeter defender.
Bowen is very limited in that side anyway and Harden can definitely take him. Durant is my biggest challenge on that side and I got just what I need in DPOY candidate AK-47
Barkley should take Marion just fine as he's a great defender and Gasol is a resigning DPOY to stop wemby and take charge of rim-protection.
I complete this roster with the perfect bench to keep defense, shooting and spacing all steady while my stars are resting so my team can keep running for 48 minutes with no problem.
Hill is a great playmaker, Fox can shoot it any day and Davis is both the great defender and a terrific mid-range and paint threat on offense, with physicality and strength.
Good luck LR

Defense will be straight up but switch heavy as I have outstanding length and can cover ground anywhere. AK, Barkley and Gasol are not doing any floor spacing so Durant, Marion and Wembanyama all all going to be able to help into the middle with their outstanding length to contest anything that might get by attacking Nash and swallow the middle up entirely with my size and shot blocking (9.6 bpg from my frontcourt players)
Offensively we will push and destroy.
Barkley is a terrible defender and will get hunted by Durant in switches
Harden is a terrible defender and we will constantly run screens to have him having to contain Nash.
The result is going to be a feast.
Pace and Space, Pace and Space.

I would like for those who didnt vote for my team show me where I went wrong with this.
Trying to objectively look at it I think that I have the best overall player (Durant over Harden, the better 2nd option Nash over Barkley) and a better fitting offense overall.
And my defense is really strong and has fewer weakpoints (Nash versus Harden and Barkley)

Both of you didn't so something wrong. But I think Bowen is clearly the worst starter. Nash-Durant is lethal, but I also really like Harden-Barkley too, and I think Gasol-Kirilenko-Stockton fit really well with them.

AK/Barkley and Gasol are all in the middle with little spacing.
I dont see how that is a better fit than Marion/Bowen/Wembanyama and I think my bench is superior as well.

Don't agree with Gasol and Kirilenko not spacing. Efficient long 2s even before shooting 3s.
