You're given a scenario: improve Orlando's depth. Or something like that, you then construct trades that accomplish this objective. Your opponent does the same thing, then the judges judge your trades and vote on a winner. I assume Cash is doing it bracket style, so you will advance based off of your seeding.

Actually, Cash, I will defend my title later, I'll judge this one.
