Unprotected List for 2009 Expansion Draft

I was just curious to see who would be left unprotected if there were an expansion team added this offseason. So if you don't see your team represented or if you disagree with someone's unprotected list, feel free to weigh in and have your opinion heard. Perhaps someone will even take on the daunting task of doing so for all 30 teams. Either way, after all the teams are represented, perhaps we could compare expansion draft teams. Try to put together the best teams we can and decide whose is best.
You guys know the rules:
Protect a maximum of 8 players (including RFA's)
Feel free to offer the would-be expansion team compensation for selecting a certain player (ex: a 2nd round pick to select a player with a huge, bad contract)
Take in to account age and salary, expansion teams typically look to get young players with potential over older players that have big contracts (ala Bobcats)
