First off, please don't make any responses in this thread yet. I would like the available player lists to be the next thing; and any questions or comments put in the discussion thread.
Secondly, the draft will start May 1 at midnight est; I know that I discussed changing the date to April 27 with a few people, but on the schedule page that I made at the beginning I had it at May 1 so I've decided to keep it there so that people can complete any last minute deals.... plus on a personal note for me, there is a good chance that I will be out of town a few days at the end of April
Lastly, I will probably get most of the free agency guidelines and information set up and in its own thread in the next few days.

Draft Order:
If anyone sees a pick that may not be right, e-mail me at skorf26@yahoo.com and I'll look into it.

Teams will have a 6 hour interval for each pick (the first few picks may get a little extra time because I'm just putting up the schedule)
If you cannot make a pick on time; send me a list of your player priorities ex. 1. griffin 2. rubio 3. thabeet
-6 hour intervals (I'll add in the rest of the times later); if you have plenty of time before your pick, please make a pick instead of waiting to help speed the draft along.

Since GS doesn't have a GM, why don't we just return the #18 pick to it's original owner :D

Not sure where to post this but commish I now have:
2009 2nd round draft pick from Washington/Denver (33)
2009 second round draft pick from Oklahoma City/Denver (34)

Just wanted to point that out so you can update the list.

Also LAKERS # 29 pick belongs to the Clippers (Rasheed Wallace trade).

New York with a bit of a reach selects DeJuan Blair

to everyone who I told i was taking Curry, I am sorry, But telling people who I was taking was not an option for me since I had been screwed over before in a draft because of it. Reason i said Curry is because everyone seems to hate him.

With the 10th Pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, The Toronto Raptors select Tyreke Evans from the University of Memphis. We like Tyreke's ability to penetrate, we need a ball handler on this team. He will play some backup PG also.

With the 11th pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, the Celtics select Jonny Flynn, PG, Syracuse.

This gives us quite the PG duo, and this also makes Rondo expendable, hint hint...
