Two Build a Dynasty GMs Needed (ORL & ATL)

We need two GMs for the Build a Dynasty Game. More information can be found in the first post of the Build a Dynasty General Discussion thread.
The first position is as GM of the Atlanta Hawks. The Hawks boast a nice backcourt of Mookie Blaylock and Steve Smith and they have just drafted Cliff Robinson as a scoring F/C compliment to Smith. A great core to build off of.
The EC Champ Penny/Shaq Orlando Magic are also up for grabs. Any GM that wants to immediately go for the chip will have a blast with them.
