Hornets scored 23 points at the half-Whats the all time low?

Post#1 » by boogie-reke » Mon Dec 13, 2010 12:21 am

Sorry if it's not thread worthy, but I was just amazed with this stat, and me being a sucker for good/bad records I thought i'd ask.

So share with everyone else what's the lowest amount of points scored at the half in an NBA game? and also if you want share a few more good/bad records in the NBA regarding everything you want be it most points by a team, player or any other type of record or milestone achived in the NBA... I mean I know SOME, but I - and i'm sure alot more - would always love to know more!

So let me hear 'em!

What is also amazing and near an all time low is the 4 yes 4 assists for the entire game. That however is not an All Time Low

Fewest assists, game
3 - Boston vs. Minneapolis, at Louisville, November 28, 1956
3 - Baltimore vs. Boston, October 16, 1963
3 - Cincinnati vs. Chicago, at Evansville, December 5, 1967
3 - New York at Boston, March 28, 1976

3 point 2nd quarter is just absurd.

I don't know what the halftime score was, but there was a Kings Lakers game in 87 where the Lakers led 29-0, and 40-4 after one quarter

Holy crap, that's crazier than the 23 point score sure. Everyone but Paul combined for 1 assist WTF?

Q1: SAC 4 - LAL 40
Halftime: SAC 35 - LAL 71

The funny thing is that the Kings actually tied the Lakers if you only look at Q2-4 :o

I think the Warriors had a 2 point 4th quarter once against Toronto back in the Eric Musselman years. They blew a huge lead to barely lose.
