So, what I did is I used excel and put in the data for the players age, and the minutes they played divided by the number of games their team has played. I wasn't too technical about age. If the player is 25 then I used 25. Considering I used decimals in my data, it would have been better if I has more accurate ages, but I was kind of messing around, and now that I have sheets setup for this I can just plug in new data if I wanted to.

I used the players age and divided it by the average age, then the minutes per team game played and divided that by the average minutes based on the number of players. I then multiplied both stats for each player, added it all up, divided it by the number of players, and then multiplied that by the average age.
