assist to turnover ratio

not many players have hit the 4:1 mark for their careers. here are some high ones that I have found

4.69 bogues (9.5 assists/36 min)
4.24 john paxson (5.8)
4.05 cp3 (10.0)
3.72 stockton (11.9)

obviously either bogues or stockton are most impressive when factoring in assist rates

who am I missing that's in that rarified air?
