Rating forwards by activity - Projecting rookie bigs

I wrote this earlier this year. I still haven't run my results over a large base of players, I will be doing that over the next few weeks. This is very basic work, but I believe there is something to be said for a player's activity level on college. Kind of like the saying for guards, "a turnover isn't always a turnover."
I just ran Perry Jones III, a player a view to be a colossal bust as a big man, and he came out with a score lower than JaJuan Johnson, at a paltry 17.02 activity rating.
I am working on a rating system for wing players, and point guards. I have a feeling that Jones may score okay as a wing player, but that's not taking into how badly he'll be abused on defense by NBA perimeter players.
