Luxury Tax Information - Need Help!

I was wondering if there is a website dedicated to the luxury tax information for the NBA. I've looked around the board and online for stats dating back to 2002 when the tax was introduced but I can't find detailed information for every team.
I would just like to know how many teams went over the tax since its inauguration and the amount they had to pay. Any sort of help would be appreciated. Thank you in advanced!
