In the east I think 1-5 is fairly precise, the records could be a game or 2 off but I feel they're realistic enough...
At the 8th seed I found it really tough to decide between the raps or wizards, for the raptors it will largely depend on their above average starters at 1-3, 1.lowry, 2.derozan, 3.gay, and then it depends on wether their subpar post tandem of valanciunas and Johnson can comepete, I feel the raptors have a much better starting line-up, but may have a weaker bench in comparison to the wizards. If the wizards can stay healthy it will be a tight race for that 8th spot IMO, all in all I just couldn't really make the decision....

In the west, I feel the warriors, spurs and clippers are above the rest of the west , the rockets are very solid, but I feel they will start slow out of the gates, as they try to implement Dwight into their line-up, also the big men they have off the bench are very weak.. As for the more controversial 5th seed. The thunder to me are still going to be a championship contender, but during the regular season I don't see them surpassing 50 wins, yes they have durant, Westbrook and ibaka, but they have a lot of question marks off the bench, (perry jones, lamb, Roberson, fisher, Jackson,Adams) . If Perkins comes in and is in shape and ups his level they could push for the 4th seed however. the 8th seed in the west was too hard for me to decide, all 3 of these teams have different strengths, I feel on paper the timberwolves have the best chance if healthy however .. If I had to make a decision I would say 8.) wolves 9.) lakers 10.) grizzlies

Heat are the best until they aren't
Chicago with rose is a force.
Nets are very complete, albeit a little long in the tooth..
Pacers arent taking the central this year, no disrespect, but its not happening
Knicks can score, but good luck on D w/bargs amare and melo..
Wiz were damn good with Wall, they will be again
Cavs with Irving setting up Bynum could get interesting, true wild card in east.
Pistons are no different structurally than Memphis, but with worse defense and decision-making, they limp in and make Miami sweat due to matchup problems.

West
Clippers have a new coach, but can Blake elevate his game enough to become the best PF in the west? He needs to..
Thunder nees to ditch Brooks and Perkins in a hurry, but they're talented enough to overcome those weaknesses in the Reg season
Rockets will move Asik for something good. They'll be rough.
Warriors need Iggy to impersonate Pippen. Good luck with that in the playoffs.
When do the spurs get old? Did they in the finals? They won't make it back there with the current core.
The grizz would be a great pre 3 point shot team. Damn you ABA!
Pelicans are very athletic. Don't sleep on them in the west.
Wolves FINALLY make the playoffs..and keep it interesting in the first round. If it's Blake vs Love, It'll be a hell of a series.
