Is there any application for Windows where you can make stats for games with your friends (3 on 3 and 5 on 5)?

Yes. Excel will suffice. Have some tracking the data while the game goes, then load it into a spreadsheet with one row per game. Lookups will be easy for averages and percentages. There is a mobile-accessible version. There are also free spreadsheet apps as well.
