I have a couple of questions on D-Rating. I *think* (not sure) that d-rating doesn't take a missed shot and offensive rebound into a new possession. Is this true?

Also, is there anyway to isolate halfcourt defense in a rating sense?

With a offensive rebound, the possession doesn't end. It still counts as the original possession.
