Complete PS impact Data: Kobe, Duncan, KG, Dirk, Lebron

Formula for Boost: (Raw On/Off + SRS)/2
Formula for Estimated PS RAPM: (RS Boost)/(PS Boost) x (RS RAPM)
Before anyone asks, yes, I triple-checked Duncan's PS Boost Data. It's correct. In assessing overall Impact I'd weigh the regressed data 70/30 over Boost but I'd go 30/70 in favor of PS Boost as PS Estimated RAPM is just a Boost derivative without any added regression/regularization going on. It just basically assume the regularities that produced the Boost/RAPM differentials in the RS hold constant for the PS.
Dirk's data reminds us that from 01-07 he was a much bigger PS disappointment than Paul has been...his non-scoring gravity impact seems to completely evaporate in the PS up until the point he ads the elite mid/low post niches in 2008. I'm definitely dropping him back below Karl and him over Barkley isn't by any means clear-cut.
