Can someone help me understand Elgee's SRS championship odds/expected championships?

I've seen the thread, but I'm not sure:

1) What numbers to actually use (like the percentages by SRS based on high/normal/low portability)

2) How to adjust for portability/health/etc.

3) How to assign offensive/defensive SRS values

4) How to calculate the expected championships according to the formula (my numbers keep being slightly off)

Could I get some help/examples?
