How can I downloaded updated NBA stats daily?

Hi,
I'm working with some stats in excel and ideally would like to get a updated excel file everyday with a players numbers in all the basic categories: FGM, FGA, stl, blk, pts, ftm, fta, etc. Thank you very much.
