I like especially that Magic isn’t a mere carpetbagger. He’s had a history of investing in DC, largely in African American communities.

Really happy to see him go. While the on the field results were a big problem, it seems really hard to separate them from ownership. It will be interesting to see if the culture changes that are needed are slow or quick to happen. In some ways Snyder was already being forced to make some of the necessary changes.

I don't think it's that bad but the WFT was just fine lol.

I think there were options that were better than WFT, but IMO Commanders was not one of them.

I'm kind of mad Dan Snyder gets to leave with several billion dollars in his pocket. That man is a monstrous turd and in the end, he's fine. Generational wealth for the Snyders built off of years of general sliminess.

Snyder already had more money than he was ever going to spend before he bought the team. Maybe his children and future generations will be smart/decent enough to learn from his mistakes and put the wealth to better use in the future.

I just think it's modern. It fits the club vibe that major over seas "football" teams have. It also allows for a lot of flexibility for mascots and merch stuff too.

Everything about it is awful, from the logo, to the horrible mascot, to the unveiling. The only redeeming quality is the burgundy and gold. The black jerseys should be abolished immediately.
Some random troll wrote:Not to sound negative, but this team is owned by an arrogant cheapskate, managed by a moron and coached by an idiot. Recipe for disaster.

This is what happens when you bring in a 3rd party consultant with no connection to the organization and its history. I think Warriors or Natives would be relatively neutral and embraced by the fanbase. The Commanders era will be erased lol
