I'm thinking of getting a side by side or an ATV for snow removal but the winters have been mild lol not this one

I'm from Chicago. Lived there until my late 20s.

One Winter, I remember ('65-6 or '66-7 I think...), the temperature never got as high as 0 degrees Fahrenheit for a period of 3 weeks.
