My worry about Avery is that he is a stubborn coach who has a simple offense and he refused to heed any of the advice given to him by his assistants including Harris and Westphal. That pissed off Cuban and that is one of the reasons he fired him.

Regardless, he is definitely a better option than Eddie and, from all reports, does not up with **** from players.

Yeah, he's be the exact opposite of EJ. Both are good on only one side of the ball and neither one listens to anybody except himself. No, we don't need that.
