Honestly, does that really make sense? How realistic is it that Daniels wouldn't have wrist surgery in June because he wouldn't be ready by October???

Was a wrist surgery that serious that he couldn't be ready for training camp 4 months later?

Think that's bad: Darius Songaila had what some eurogarble site called a 'spine hernia' but in consultation with Wiz doctors determined he just needed a little rest.

Doom!

Well so much for our seasoned veterans off the bench.

We might as well include Pech as questionable for the season as well. He'll probably never heal from the ankle injury he suffered prior to the Vegas Summer League.

Nothing surprises me when it comes to injuries and the Wiz.

Keep in mind that the "they" you're talking about is a nameless Internet reporter and not the Wizards.

Yahoo Sports does excellent reporting, this didn't appear in some chat-room.

AD, of all players, is bound to fall on that wrist and reaggravate it. I hope that Dee is ready to play heavy minutes, since he's backing up not one but two potentially gimpy PGs.

Paging Shaun Livingston....Ernie Grunfeld is holding on line 2

I know we'd be screwing ourselves, cap-wise, but getting Livingston for cheap is just too much to pass up.
