Hey, Karl Malone was a non shot-blocking PF. Actually, Griffin reminds me of Malone in many ways - including defense. Aside from being a great defensive rebounder, Malone's best defensive attributes were his quick hands - and size/strength. Griffin also has quick hands and can cause steals with them - and he's a tremendous defensive rebounder. He's a stud - a better prospect than Beasley and Rose and everyone else from last draft, imo. And he'd be an absolute perfect fit with McGee for the next decade.
