Dude has no hops and his game is really awkward. Doesn't seem like a good fit for this team of athletic players. Only good thing I saw was that his release is high but I guess it has to be since he can't jump.

Only thing I could see him being good for would be setting up for a wide open shot.

My guess, he doesn't make it though camp.

Kobe had nothing but good things to say about Ammo, among them - "that guy can ball"
I think you'll all be surprised at how well he does for you - also an excellent passer

Good man - Ammo really had about the worst run of luck of any high draft pick - Larry Brown, cruciate tear, then going to the Lakers ....

Nobody seems to get it but if he had gone somewhere else and not been hurt, he would be a solid NBA player now. he cans still bring a lot to a team

I agree about his passing. His biggest problem is he's largely a mid-range shooter who isn't quick enough to get his own shot, but he'll get on hot streaks and he makes the smart pass.

Morrison has no business making this team or playing in the NBA. If he does it means something other than judging a player on his talent/ability is at work here.

i'm assuming the reason he's not playing isn't that he can't drill down the shots but rather he's too slow to stay in front of other SFs. otherwise, there's little that separates him from mike miller.

Gotta take issue with this. Mike Miller is as good of a ball handler, passer, and rebounder as you're going to see from a swingman. Adam Morrison has none of those skills. Miller has also been perhaps the most consistent 3pt threat of the past decade. He's been almost automatic at 40% every season, even if some of his other numbers are down. Morrison has never broken 34% for his career.

Maybe you hold it against Miller that he doesn't look for his shot as much as he potentially could. Maybe you think that he's becoming injury prone. But to say that "there's little that separates" Miller from Adam Morrision is ridiculous IMO.

That said, I still hope Adam Morrison makes the final roster. Of course that's primarily because I want a guy that looks like Jack Sparrow on my favorite team...

Reporter to Morrison: "You're quite possibly the worst basketball player I've ever heard of."
Morrison to reporter: "But you have heard of me."

I'm a bit concerned about the fact that we may lose Ndiaye so we can hold onto the disgusting stache.

There should be a * next this quote. Sure, MM was hitting 3-pointers at a high %, the problem was his overall shooting attempts were horribly low, he constantly passed-up good looks last year. Perhaps that will change with the new Dream Team.

I don't care what MM overall shooting attempts were he still should not put in the same sentence as "Adams Family" Morrison. and that should be the end of that no asterisks or anything.

Agree, but you just know Ammo's gonna get a 1-year vet minimum contract, perhaps partially guaranteed. Rico is trying to soften-up the guys on the board for when it happens. Perhaps this part of a brilliant tanking strategy.
