First game against Phoenix:
16 points, 16 boards, 8/13 FG, 5 turnovers, 5 fouls in 30 minutes

Game last night against the Clippers:
15 points, 3 boards, 5/14 FG, 3 turnovers, 6 fouls in just 21 minutes

Looks like he can manhandle lesser centers like Robin Lopez, but a real center like Kaman just abused him.


In other news, Blake Griffin posted 18 points and 13 boards in just 23 minutes on 7 of 7 shooting.

Yeah, Griffin's going to be a stud. If he's eligible for ROY, he'll be a solid 2nd place this season.

Did I see San Antonio's box score right last night and see a center named Marcus Cousins - who actually put up impressive numbers? Are they related... like cousins? Cousins cousins?

I didn't see it, but assume it was a good showing as it would be hard to stumble into that.

Orlando beats New Orleans 135-81. 54 point spread.

The closest single Quarter in the game - the 4th - was still a 10 point spread for Orlando.

Chris Paul was a staggering -37 in just 27 minutes.

Rashard Lewis lead the Magic with a +38 in just 25 minutes.

The Magic's FG% of 64.8% was almost twice that of the Hornets (32.9%).

There have been some real beat-downs this pre-season and NO is a real mess of a team right now so I'm not worried about Pondexter.

Speaking about under-sized PF's, Jeff Adrien beasted last night for GS with 15 rebounds & 11 points in 23 minutes. I wonder how much of that came against Cousins who also has a double-double.

Chase Budinger is on-pace for 6th man of the year honors, dude's +/- have been awesome and his stats have been solid, both scoring and rebounding.
