My feed's terrible and I can hardly see, but was Nick Young standing in the corner for that final shot with his hands on his hips? It didn't look good.

Knicks board has 60+ pages on this game. McGee impressed a whole lot.
Tre Johnson is the future of the Wizards.

Well played game by Wall & McGee. What was frustrating is that Wall gave plenty of our so called "shooters" open looks and all we kept seeing are clanks after clanks, I'm looking forward to Gil getting those open looks for sure. Yi shoots way too much and Blatche still doesn't like to play in the post I see. Thornton is frustrating to watch and I am looking forward to the day that Josh Howard comes back and hopefully stays healthy so Al can play off the bench.

Eh, I'll give AB a pass on shooting. I'm fine with him shooting a 3pa or two per game. It looks like he's improved his shooting mechanics a bit (probably shot a lot of jumpers while rehabbing) and was using the preseason to test if he can shoot those in-game.
Nick Young fell victim to the law of large numbers, proving that you can never trust a N1 hotstreak. .400 shooting from 3 and >1.5 apg is as high as i dare hope for N1 this season.
I guess deep down i always knew that Hinrich was mediocre, but I really was hoping he'd be better than this. However, his play is solid enough that I can't really complain. 9 rebounds, good defense (with ZERO fouls!) and 4 assists to boot. I just wish he'd nail those 3's.
The 3 guard is dead. I'm glad to see it go. It was a weird little experiment anyway. Al Thornton with Young as the backup is a serviceable rotation for SF until Howard gets his legs and wind back.
Yi has all the physical tools to be the Asian Kenyon Martin. I honestly believe this.
i'm so dang excited to see what a fully healthy, fully meshed lineup of Wall/Arenas/Howard/Blatche/McGee can do. I think we'll go into the all-star break on a 10 game tear.

I would like to repeat this for the record forever. Nick Young is not an nba starter. He is mentally weak, his handles are actually extremely poor, his shot mechanics look like elementary, he almost zero lift on his shot. He is just a really poor nba player. Sure he gets a hot a few times with that weak jumper that he has but him and al thornton have the same problem. Below average basketball iQ that can't be fixed.
Build your team w/5 shooters using P. Pierce Form deeply bent hips and lower back arch at same time b4 rising into shot. Elbow never pointing to the ground! Good teams have an engine player that shoot volume (2000 full season) at 50 percent.Large Hands

It looks like Landry Fields has gone ahead of Bill Walker on the Kunix depth chart. I think Walker had some kind of ankle sprain and hasn't played in the preseason. Fields looked like a great role player in the summer league and played well last night. I wonder if the Wiz could steal one of them. Walker somehow turned into a lights out 3 point shooter last season, but I like Fields better - super heady player.

Well-said, Gilbert faking an injury to help-out his mentally fragile team-mate really sheds light on what we already know about Nick. Nick is too mentally weak to stay consistent and you know what? Mgmt and staff HAVE to know this, that's why I was disappointed in our draft overall. With Gilbert's health for iffy and Nick being...Nick, we should have been auditioning or draft his replacement, that what the Spurs would have done.
