I'm in, but could it be a good game and not something like the Wizards and Bobcats? If that were the case, I'd be tanked before the game would even start.

Yeah Bullet, I'd grab a beerbong and hit something with ya. My schedule is the worst in terms of planning ahead -- and always subject to change. But, after years of anonymity (which I still enjoy), maybe it's the year I merge reality with the online. Just don't tell any of my real friends where we met. Christ, even that sounds gay. What is up with my inner-monologue lately? I think being immersed in blues for a week, versus Misfits, unclogged a portion of my heart that I would have much rather kept dark and hardening. So, as I was saying, let's make a date (eventually) and hit a musical.. or a rest stop shower for the hell of it.

(Edited out a huge (yet pointless and unreadable) rant promoting Bill Burr's special -- which jokes about how guys define manhood against being soft/"acting gay." Screw my rant, see the special. Friggin' classic. Everyone I know can't stop quoting it).

Back to where I can be found. There are no good strip joints in DC unfortunately. And I do most of my going out on the road. But, I'll post the music gigs I'm hitting. That's really the best bet to meet me and company, if you want to (of course, I don't really get why you would).

Weekday:
Nov, Tue 16 vs Toronto
Nov, Fri 19 vs Memphis
Nov, Tue 23 vs Philadelphia
Dec, Fri 03 vs Portland
Dec, Fri 10 vs New York
Dec, Tue 14 vs LA Lakers
Dec, Mon 20 vs Charlotte
Dec, Wed 22 vs Chicago
Dec, Wed 29 vs Indiana

Weekend:
Nov, Sat 27 vs Orlando
Dec, Sat 18 vs Miami

full season planholder so I go to virtually every game

the problem is getting home from work, grabbing eats and a kiddo,
driving to DC and having enough time to get to a watering hole b4
the game.

maybe Friday, IDK, traffic can suck on Fridays, just like most
other days. Saturdays is definitely not as much a problem.

I think the thing to do is to have a designated spot for
any game, perhaps make this part of the game thread.
My personal fav is DA-RFD's for their outrageously large
selection of brews. Actually my real fav is the cooler
I take with me in the car. Pop a top or 2 when I park,
into a red cup and stroll to the game. Beats the heck
outta $7 beers. I leave my cup outside the phone booth
and pick it up on the way back to the car. No muss, no fuss.
Down side, I DRINK ALONE ala George T.

I will always be a fan of district chophouse. I went to Clyde's after the game yesterday and the two times I've been there their food has underwhelmed me. It is hard to get to a game at a decent time to do the happy hour, but if we really plan something out something on the weekday it should be doable if you have any flexibility in the schedule. I just can't do Thursday or Friday at this point.

BA, I'm down. For meeting up at a show or something, not so much for the rest stop shower. Although you mix in a guitar or two, a bottle of Jack and some sad songs/ stories and who knows what the F will happen. Kidding.

Yeah, but let me know.
