How does a team go 6-45 after being 7-5?

Toward the beginning of the season, the Bobcats had many new players, so maybe the book on facing them was still being written. That may have worked in their favor.

Toward the beginning of the season, the Bobcats faced the Mavs without Nowitzki, the Wolves without Love and Rubio, the Wizards twice without Nene and Wall, and with many new players still figuring out their roles or how the hell they ended up on the Wizards. That may have worked in their favor.

Finally, as the season progressed, the Bobcats remembered that they were 7-59 last year, including a 23 game losing streak to end the season. That may have worked against them.

Any 3 pointer for John Wall would be good. I'm not encouraged that his 3 point shot has gotten worse since he has been in the league. I'm waiting for him to even be mediocre at 3 as he was his rookie season. Wall was better percentage wise from 3 than Derrick Rose was his rookie season- except Rose has gotten better when he was healthy during his first 3 season.

At least Wall has attempted a 3 in each of his last five games- in his previous 5 games before that, he didn't attempt a single 3. Practice is a nice start but he needs more attempts from 3 especially as opposed to some long 2s.
