1st Wizard to 30 (points)???

Post#1 » by AWIZZINGBULLET » Wed Mar 13, 2013 12:31 pm

Which Wizards player will be the first to crack 30 points this season?

Bradley Beal came close twice with 28 and 29 point efforts, Ariza almost did it with 26 against the Bobcats, and Wall just missed it last night scoring 27, so who will it be? Does Webster catch fire like Deron Williams did against the Wizards a few nights back or does it come from an unexpected player such as Garrett Temple or Emeka Okafor? Or does this stretch without a 30 point scorer (not a bad thing) extend well into next season and come from a guy like Otto Porter?

Who do you put your money on?

When it comes to team points per game, of the bottom five teams only the Wizards haven't had a player drop 30 yet, it makes me wonder if the Wizards are the only team in the league that hasn't had a player score 30 this season. Definitely due one.

Jan Vesely. They will employ the infamous Hack A Jan technique forcing him to shoot 90 free throws.

That gets him 20 tops. Where do the rest come from?

He'd need twice that to get close to 30.

Beal will hit 30, assuming he comes back this year healthy.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

I thought it was more like 110. A shame this is even being debated. Grunfeld has to go.

Well seeing as 90 fouls is all the fouls a full 15-man roster can afford, the team will have to cut players to make room for a couple of 10-day contracts to dress at half-time in order for Ves to get his 30 the "easy" way.

I think the 10-foul Summer League rule was afforded to each team--- not the Wizards--- as recompense for all the heavy work Vesely put in out in Vegas.

I don't want any of this Wittman logic to close out the fourth quarter. Hurry up and put Wall back in the game.

Webster might go for forty if he keeps this up.
