There is no chance Wittman gets fired. Not gonna happen. Ted is going to stick with EG/Wittman combo until EG's contract is up next summer.

Sadly, you're probably right.

A D-league team with Ray Allen. He pretty much ran the offense. They always had 3-4 3 pt shooters on the floor. The Wizards should a just stayed out there with them but didn't.

BTW, when is the last time Nene hit a jumper? Also, when is the last time Oak made more than 1 out of 5 on jumpers? Terrible. The worst part is that this isnt a problem like the Lakers where they have a guy like Gasol near the 3pt line trying to hit stuff. This isnt even Blatche range. Most of the time these are very short FT length jumpers and they cant make any of them

Yuck... sure the loss(tank) helps.... but still want to beat the cHeat. Even if the big 3 p*ssies weren't playing.

So much left to be done in rebuilding, yet so little time before players start leaving Washington and the cycle repeats.

This is the impact of bad drafting. Its why San Antonio has good role players and we have scrubs.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

So we're supposed to be an above average - good team at home, and we freaking lost to the Heat B-team..??

Miserable game to attend. No Big 3, 70% Hate "fans" and a horrific display of basketball by the Wiz. The three point defense was horrendous. And if you're going to play Nene and Okafor, then PLAY them. If you want to rest them, shut them down.

All that said, I'm sorta glad they lost. I saw something on Twitter than resonated -- if the Wizards had finished the season on an 11 game home win streak we would have heard about it ALL SUMMER from Leonsis. As it is, we're still going to hear about how they are now a tough team at home, yada yada.

Nah. We lost to a team of role players. There's a difference. If you want an example of a D-League team would be the Wizards when Ernie's Kids (Vesely, Seraphin, Singleton, Temple, Booker) get heavy minutes.

Losing to Miami's JV? The tank is strong in this team.

Would have been cool to see Wall get a triple double though.

Vesely looked better than Seraphin last night. Seraphin missed his first three 2-footers. Worse, Seraphin let Allen literally walk into the lane and score uncontested.

Talk about damning with faint praise...
