Wait, I just remembered. If we miss the playoffs, we get to keep the pick.

Now where did I put that tank key...

Gotta be in one of these draws somewhere.

I thought the pick was top 12 protected? So couldn't we end up as the 13th position and miss the playoffs?

Correct. The 13th and 14th picks miss the playoffs.

And how is it Wittman is oblivious to the fact his starting pg and supposed franchise player is laying on the ground getting treatment on his back during the game???

Crazy...maybe the game moves too quickly for Randy on the floor? He always seems slow to react??

It's 13th and 14th based on final draft order after the lottery, right? So if the Wizards have the 14th worst record, and somehow win the lottery, they get to keep the pick?

If that's the case, I'm going on record now: The Wizards will have the 10th worst record, and three of the teams behind them will defy astronomical odds and snatch the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd picks in the lottery, pushing the Wizards back to the 13th pick, which they will have to surrender to the Suns, who will pick a player (no doubt a two-way big) who will show he should have gone top-3 over a long and illustrious career, our only consolation being that we know EG wouldn't have picked him anyway, as he had his eye on Mortimersk McSnerdsky from Loosania, a 7'5" PG.

He'll get it back. Not worried about him at all. He'll find it again soon and will be great after that. I predicted this before the season. I said that he almost played too good in the preseason so I could see him peaking too early just like the Skins but he will find his 2nd rhthym and be totally fine after that.

As for Wall, why would he take himself out to save energy? Im just sick of all the low IQ stuff. Just as I ripped Witt and said no coach would take a hot star out that early, no great player would ask to come out that early just to save energy for later. You dont do that. Im a huge boxing fan and it reminds me of this fighter named Zab Judah who was undefeated and in his biggest fight. He started super fast and easily won the first round but then said that he thought he was doing too much so decided to basically take round 2 off to save energy because he felt it would be a long fight. Sure enough that gave his opponent the momentum and he ended up getting KO in the 3rd round.

Dont put off stuff for what might happen. If anything, finish the first or go atleast to the 1min mark and then rest at your normal period. If needed you can rest longer but dont predetermine stuff.

He was having back spasms..

he said that started in the 3rd quarter when he went to take a charge. he said he came out in the 1st because he thought he was expending too much energy and he wanted to save it. almost a scared way of thinking if you ask me

Ha it's been a while since I really watched boxing, but I used to really like Zab Jadah, he was a good boxer and fun to watch. Once he faded from the scene was about the time I stopped watching it in fact. That's a blast from the past... remember that dude Prince Naseem? About the same period De la Hoya was going strong, and Tyson bit off Evander Holyfield's ear.

I love the NFL & NBA but boxing is my favorite sport. There is nothing like the atmosphere of a big fight in Vegas. Ive traveled all over to watch these fights. I was actually suppose to go to the fight last night in NY at MSG but I changed my mind at the last second. It was on HBO. I have a million pics with boxers & celebs. I think boxers are the most open and down to earth atheletes.

The funny thing about Zab is that he's still actually on the scene. Everyone in boxing makes fun of it because he has 9 lives. No matter how much he loses, he still keeps getting major fights. Im going to his next one at the Barclays on Dec. 7th. Its a nice card all around.

I actually met my girl through boxing. She's a licensed judge, her brother has fought on ESPN, and her dad has fought a HOFer. Nothing like a big fight but today is great with the Skins & Wiz both having big games
